Or - one on two training? If you want us to come to your home and work        with  only you / and your partner or friend, we will do that.

You choose the time, we come with the equipment. We workout. We leave and      you take a shower. Simple as that. Before work, after work, while the kids are          at school. Let's make it your time.

In-Home training provides our clients with the ultimate in privacy and convenience. The number one reason people give for not being able to get to the gym is time.  Getting to the gym involves more then just walking through the door and working out.  You have to devote travel time to and from, maybe you have to find a babysitter, you have to find the ideal time to go to the gym that doesn't involve 100 other people there too, and you  have to be comfortable in your workout environment.  Bringing training home to you solves all of these problems.    There is no more travel time, a babysitter is no longer needed, you are the only one working out, and what could          be more comfortable then your home?  If you ever wanted to start a fitness program but just couldn't find the time,     this is the perfect solution.

OC Exercise conducts exercise classes at local facilities. Classes can provide a more economical way to achieve your goals and can provide the added support of working out with others. If you are interested please contact us about location and openings.

How does the bootcamp work?

We create a routine for each group and time frame.

We balance each 60 Minute session with

  • Cardio-vascular endurance

What do I have to bring or wear?

  • comfortable workout clothing
  • sport shoes
  • towel
  • water bottle
  • exercise mat
  • small hand weights: 3, 5, 8 lbs
  • exercise ball
  • heart rate monitor (if available)
